I’m posting this photo because I had to pull out a pair of dress pants I haven’t worn in a really long time - due to having a job interview later today.
And they were loose. It was like the ultimate boost in my weight loss journey.
I remember my first semester of college when I lost 25 pounds because I couldn’t eat, and how amazing I felt when I fit into a pair of skinny jeans that I’d wanted to wear for months. But this time around I feel even better, because I didn’t lost this weight from a health issue, I lost it through hard work, discipline and a lifestyle change.
I don’t need to buy something as a reward for that achievement - that’s a reward in itself.
So happy right now!
